Leo Architecture

I’m Joanna, founder of Leo Architecture.

I help homeowners across Surrey and London make the most of their homes, whether that means an extension, loft conversion, internal reconfiguration or a more complicated planning project.

A big part of my work is preparing and submitting planning applications, dealing with the council throughout the process, and then taking projects through Building Regulations and Building Control.

I also support clients once work begins on site, helping with technical queries, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and resolving issues that arise during the build.

What I really enjoy is guiding clients from the first idea right through to completion, helping them understand what is possible and making the whole process feel much more manageable.
